Lucy was afraid of it at first. But she's almost blind and afraid of anything that interrupts her space. Once I put her blanket in it, she got in and spends almost all of her time in it. She's a very tiny Chihuahua, so even the smallest size is huge for her, but that's ok. I have not washed it yet.

My two cats LOVE this thing. One cat jumped right in, and the other was skeptical at first and took a couple of days to try it , but at any given moment one or both of them are in it. We call this the Peace Poof, and it works! One of my boys came to the shelter as a feral kitten and I've had him for less than a year. He doesn't usually come out from his hiding spots during the day, but he's willing to come out and spend the day among people if he's in his Peace Poof. I had an issue with the initial order, but Customer Service was responsive and supportive and I am definitely happy with this purchase. I've shared photos of my guys with everyone I know!
